I was received a damage product, What can I do ?
- We’re sorry you received a parcel with damaged. All our products are unused and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur, and we’ll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
- If this happens to you, Please let us know and do submit a return and refund inquiry form immediately!
- Please allow us to respond for your return/refund inquiry within 3 working days.
What is the return process?
- Please do submit a return and refund inquiry form.
- You will be asked to return of the product.
- We’ll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of damaged items.
- Please do not dispose or throw away any of the damage items.
- Our respective team will do an inspection and assessment of the product before issue any final decision.
- For the damage item, we will replace to a new one. No refund are allowed.
Can I get a refund If I had a bad skin reaction using this product ?
- We are not allowed any refund after purchased.
